• ZONE 1 - DHL EXPRESS 1-2 working days €15 - Belgium, Czechia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland;
• ZONE 2 - DHL EXPRESS 1-2 working days €20 - Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Greece, Vatican City, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom;
• ZONE 3 - DHL EXPRESS 2-5 working days €25 - Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Canada, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Iceland, Jersey, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, New Zealand, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United States;

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on all orders over €350.

All European and International orders are tracked and require a signature upon arrival.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after receiving payment confirmation. You will be sent email with shipping and delivery information along with tracking number.

Note that during busy period’s etc. national holidays, weekends your delivery may take longer to reach you.
No responsibility will be taken for lost or stolen parcels.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout once your shipping address is entered. 

RETURNS

You may return any item(s) within 14 (unless agreed otherwise) days of receiving it in the original condition for an exchange or full refund of the price you paid for the item(s). All items should be unworn and unused and include all necessary documentation. All complaints regarding products and orders are taken within the same time period of 14 days of receiving the item(s).  
All return and re-shipping charges are the customer's liability, except in the case of a faulty item(s). Please consider with longer delivery times during busy times of the year.
Please note that for your protection we recommend that you use a tracked & insured delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for item(s) not received.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
