FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on all orders over €350 or $400.
All orders are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
You will receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods, holidays, or due to customs processing.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen parcels.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

All prices are in Euros.
VAT is included for EU customers.
Customers outside the EU are not charged VAT.
All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP) basis.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply when the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs policies vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
DHL may prepay duties and taxes to speed up delivery. In this case, DHL will contact you directly for payment before delivery.
By placing an order, you agree to accept responsibility for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs procedures.
If a customer refuses to pay duties, fails to respond to the courier, or refuses delivery, the shipment may be returned. In this case, all associated costs including shipping, return shipping, duties, taxes, and carrier fees will be deducted from the refund.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs.
UNITED STATES:

Orders shipped to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
All duties and taxes are included. U.S. customers will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Orders are shipped via DHL Express and delivered directly to your door without additional customs charges.
If a shipment is refused or returned, any return shipping or carrier fees may be deducted from the refund.
UNITED KINGDOM:
For orders over £135, VAT will continue to be paid at the time of import with duty and this is customers liability. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order. VAT will not be collected on orders under £135, customs declarations are required for non-fiscal purposes.
RETURNS
You may return any item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order in the original condition for an exchange or refund. All items must be unworn, unused, and include all original packaging, tags and documentation.
All complaints regarding products and orders must be made within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
Please contact us before returning any items. Return instructions and applicable return fees must be agreed in advance.
All return charges are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of faulty item(s).
For U.S. orders shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, original shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any carrier fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for item(s) not received.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
